CHAMBER STICK - c.1935

ZENITH FACTORY 1749 - 1984

11.5cm H by 12.7cm D

This delightful chamber stick, in perfect condition, immaculately painted and has a "quality" feel to it. Zenith products were very similar to PZH. Produced a lot of Delft style in the 1930's. After WW2 some new styles were experimented with - but to no avail. In 1984 Zenith went bankrupt and in September 1985, De Porceleyne Fles bought the name and rights to produce pipes.

The piece says - "Souvenir - Sluis". Sluis is a town in the province of Zeeland in the Netherlands.
